Custom Reports Types in the New Custom Reports

Introduction

In the Custom Reports Builder tab of the New Reports menu in your learning platform, you can create custom reports to view and analyze specific information about courses, users, training material or apps you activated in your platform.

In the following section of this article, we’ll go through each one of the types of custom reports available for the New Custom Reports functionality in your platform, grouped by user reports, app reports and Discover, Coach & Share reports. Learn how to create, configure and schedule your custom reports.

Custom Reports Types

Here follows a list of the custom reports available in the New Reports menu on the platform:

User Reports:

• Users – Courses. This report shows the progress details of the selected users, for each course. 
• Users – Course Enrollment Time. This report is a delay analysis displaying all of the users who have not completed the courses within the required deadline.
• Groups/Branches – Courses. This report shows the progress details of the selected groups or branches, for each course.
• Users – Learning Plans. This report shows the progress details of the selected users, for each learning plan.
• Courses – Users. This report shows the progress details of the selected courses.
• Users – Training Material. This report relates users to training material monitoring scores and the status of completion for every user. 
• Users – ILT Sessions. This report shows the progress details of the selected users, for each ILT session. It is also possible to include events.
• Users. This report shows the details of the selected users, allowing you to extract your users’ data.
• Sessions - Users Statistics. This report provides session statistics, instructors, maximum enrollments and session completions

App Reports:

• Users – Certifications.  The Certification and Retraining App is required to run this report, showing the details of the selected users, for each certification obtained.
• Users – Badges.  The Gamification App is required to run this report, which collects information related to badges, and user-badge associations.
• Certifications – Users. The Certification and Retraining App is required to run this report, showing the details of the certifications obtained, for each user.
• Users – External Training. The External Training App is required to run this report listing all the users associated with external activity. 
• E-commerce – Transactions. This report shows information relating to each transaction performed on the platform.

Discover, Coach & Share Reports:

• Assets – Statistics. This report shows the statistics related to specific assets that have been shared either privately or publicly in Discover, Coach & Share channels.
• User – Assets. This report shows the assets uploaded by a specific Discover, Coach & Share user. 
• Viewer - Asset Details. This report shows the details of the assets related to a specific Discover, Coach & Share viewer.

The Discover, Coach & Share module is required to run each one of the Discover, Coach & Share Reports.
