Can LEARN integrate with my other systems?

We offer a complete and robust API system for our customers to perform any integration related to managing user accounts, courses and training materials, enrolling users, statistics, and much more.

In order to develop a proposal for consideration we require:

  • What systems do you require LEARN to interact with?
  • What does API documentation allow to you to do and not do?
  • Do they offer helper libraries/software development kits (SDK)?
  • What API endpoints and event integrations does their API offer?

Data:

  • What data would you ideally like to transfer? e.g. training records / course completions / user activity etc
  • Crucially, does information have to be sent both ways?
  • How often is data transferred?
  • What is the structure, format, and size of the data?
  • What types of reports are produced currently? What types are needed?

Can I set up Single Sign-on (SSO) for Learn?

Yes, you can allow users to log into Learn using credentials from another system. Our most common integration is with Microsoft ADFS and SAML2.0.

In order to provide a quote we will require the following information:

  • What users will be included in this?
  • What systems do you require Learn to interact with?
  • What authentication protocol do those systems use? e.g. SAML 2.0
