Q: One of our employees recently changed their name, which I updated on the learning platform. However, it seems to have duplicated their profile but not shown completed courses or currently available courses.
Their name is Gemma Andrews, previous name, is Gemma Tomkinson.
GT profile is showing all courses completed with renewals, however, the GA profile shows nothing.
We recently rolled out a new course to all employees so I will be adding her to that course now, but please can this be looked into as I don’t know why there is duplication also her completed course data would need to be moved over to her new name.
A: To make sure that I have understood correctly you have a user who you have changed the name for and has now been created as a new user in the platform but the training data is still. linked to the old user account and you would like to transfer the learner data from one to the other. Is this correct?
