Customer moving branches

From what you are reporting, I see that you have the user Charlotte Jutsum who keeps moving. I understand how important it is to understand what is causing the user to do this so that you can prevent this in the future, and stop moving her back. 

 

In your email, you mention that the user is moving groups between "People & Partnerships" and "Head Office", I did not locate any Groups in your platform with that name, but I did find that these are branches.

 

After reviewing the Audit Trail, I can see that the user is actually being modified branches every time she logs into the platform via SAML.

 

 

She is being removed from the "People & Partnerships" branch and being moved to the "Head Office" one. 

 

 

 

I have therefore reviewed your SAML settings for the extended domain, and I can see that you have activated under "User Procurement" the option to update the user information, and one of those fields includes the branch code. 

 

 

In this case, I would suggest you contact your IT team to ensure that in your SAML IDP, the correct branch code is set up for Charlotte, so that she will no longer move to the incorrect branch.
