Learning Plans for New Users
Q: Can you add the following additional Learning Plans to be automatically assigned when a New User is created:
Branch: US DIRECT SALES TEAM
New Employee Onboarding (Code: APS-ONBOARDING)
BDM Primer Learning Plan (Code: APS-BDMPRIMERLP)
Advantage Toolset Learning Plan (Code: APS-TOOLSETUS)
Branch: UK Direct Sales Team
New Employee Onboarding (Code: APS-ONBOARDING)
Advantage Toolset Learning Plan (Code: APS-TOOLSETUK)
Branch: CAD Direct Sales Team
New Employee Onboarding (Code: APS-ONBOARDING)
Advantage Toolset Learning Plan (Code: APS-TOOLSETCA)
The Compliance Learning Plans should stay in place.
No deadlines for the added Learning Plans, please.

A: Having checked the Learning Plans, APS US Compliance Learning Plan and New Employee Onboarding, I noticed that only in the LP APS US Compliance Learning Plan the user, TEST USER (Email: sosborne@adps.com), is enrolled, hence the reason that only that LP shows in the user's personal summary page.
When checking the LP, New Employee Onboarding, the user TEST USER (Email: sosborne@adps.com), is not enrolled, hence the reason it does not show in the user's personal summary page.
In order for the user, TEST USER (Email: sosborne@adps.com), to view/access the LP New Employee Onboarding, the user must be enrolled in the learning plan or any other required learning plans. The user can be enrolled individually or the user's Branch can be enrolled in the Learning Plan. For details and guidance, please see this KB article on Creating and Managing Learning Plans.
