Q: I have “archived a course” called Data Protection Basics, and removed it from all learning plans, however, it is still showing when I click on my personal Renew Now button.,
Also, we replaced this course with a V2 course, however, this is not showing on the certifications and retraining tab – is this because it's not time for renewal yet?

Unfortunately, changes at the Manage Certification level are not available at the power user level.
I can view it our access level, and can also make any changes you would require.
