Setting up a Custom Domain

You can customise the URL of your platform by adding a custom domain. The domain needs to be purchased by yourselves and set up according to the instructions below. We also recommend we add an SSL certificate onto the domain to ensure the site is secure. This may also need to be purchased. You can use websites such as GoDaddy to purchase domains.

Once you have purchased your domain you will need to let Peritus know the URL so it can be added to your system.

You will need to update the domains settings to the following:

The IP address for an A RECORD redirection is 54.88.17.160. The CNAME redirect will be to peritusuk.docebosaas.com

You may also need to purchase an SSL certificate in order to ensure the site is secure.

To do this, you must provide the vendor with a CSR file which Peritus will generate from the system once you have confirmed your domain name.

After your certificate provider sends you the SSL certificate, the Certificate and Intermediate CA needs to be sent to Peritus upload.
