User will send you 3 files, for example. Download and save them.
Go to My Files in the one drive and follow the path within the screenshot. Once you are in there download thelearningacademy_online.key and save it with the certificates above.
Once you have these go to the admin meu and locate Extended Enterprise and click Manage.
Locate the company who sent the SSL Certificates downloads. 
And then click on the small cogwheels 
It will take you to a new page where on the left you will locate and click the HTTPS tab
You will then see the below, click on REMOVE CERTIFICATE and then you will upload the correct files into the correct section.
You will add the KEY certificate to the KEY section.
The File that doesn't have the .pem at the end will go into the certificate section
And the gd_bundle-g2-g1 file will go into the last one.
The files above are just examples of what they could look like except for the key file which is found in my files one drive.
