Doesn't Show Course Content SCORM

One of our employees has tried to complete this course, however, if you 'click to get started' as instructed, it doesn't show the course content.

there seems to be an issue with the SCORM player.  


From what I understand, one of your user has reported issues when playing the SCORM package within your course Dangers of Working at Night as it seems that the same SCORM does not play when clicking on the 'Let's get started' button, correct?
 

 

 
I appreciate your concern here as I understand how important is that your users are able to correctly play the course content of their interest.
 
If my understanding is correct, I tried to run the same SCORM package both on Docebo with our test account staff.support and outside of Docebo on https://app.cloud.scorm.com/sc/user/Home which is a tool everyone can use to test SCORM packages.
 
As you can see from the two videos attached, the same issue persists on both platforms and this means that it is something related to the package itself and not to Docebo. You should then reach out to your content provider so that they can fix it.
 
Moreover, I can see that the SCORM has been built with the learning standard SCORM 2004 2nd Ed.
 
while Docebo supports only SCORM 1.2. and SCORM 2004 3rd Edition as you can see from the below KB article:

I understand the importance that SCORM packages work properly so please reach out to the SCORM provider so that they can change the learning standard and also fix the package as it is not working at the moment also outside of Docebo.
