The dashboard is a simple panel tool that allows you to manage your LEARN platform most common actions and provides you with a preview of learner activities and course statistics.

Accessing the Dashboard

To view the dashboard, log into your platform as an Admin and scroll your mouse over the cog icon in the top right corner of the platform, then select Dashboard from the E-Learning section. In the action bar at the top of the page, you can click the buttons to redirect to quick tutorials on how to perform common actions in your platform.

User Personal Summary Button

This button allows you to view all of the information of a user that is stored within the platform. In the search bar on the top of this page, type in the username or name of the learner you wish to view and press Generate. You can switch through each tab to view different information about the user, such as external training activity, subscribed courses and learning plans, etc.

Change Password Button

This button allows you to quickly change the password of a user. In the pop up box, type in the user information, as well as the new password. When you’re finished, press Save Changes.

Enrol Users Button

This button allows you to enrol a user into a course. Begin in the first page of the pop up box, where you need to select the users, branches, or groups that you wish to enrol to courses. Then, press the Next button. You then need to flag in which courses you want to enrol the selected users. If you select any Webinar or ILT Classroom sessions, you will also need to select the session dates for each course. Then, press Next. Finally, select which level these users will be inside the courses from the corresponding drop down menu. If you want to set enrolment deadlines, flag the corresponding checkbox and insert the Active from and Active until dates. When you’re finished, press Confirm. Then users are now enrolled in the courses.

New Course Button

This button allows you to quickly create a new course. In the pop up box, give a title to the new course, then flag whether the course is an E-Learning, Webinar, or ILT Classroom course. Then, choose or upload a thumbnail for the course. Add a description (mandatory) and a course code. Finally, add associated skills and flag the Enable Rules checkbox if you want to enable automatic rules. When finished, press Confirm.

Reports and Alerts

Below the action bar in the dashboard, there’s a section dedicated to reports and alerts. At the top of this section, you can filter which reports and alerts you see by entering a specific time frame into the text boxes or flagging one of the date range options:You can also run one of the reports that you’ve already created. Choose your report from the drop down menu, then select if you want to view the report (magnifying glass icon) or download the report (arrow icon). You can download the report as XLS, CSV, or HTML.

Below, you will find the following graphs:

– Recent Activities Graph. This graph allows you to monitor user access and course completion. By scrolling over the chart, you will see the colors of the line and the number of users at each peek. The number of sessions refers to the number of times any user entered a course and accessed training material.

– Course and Learner's Status Graph. This module contains charts showing the total percentages of all users and courses. These percentages refer to your entire user database and all of the courses in the platform.

– Most Popular, Least Completed and Most Completed Courses Graphs. These three charts contain the course with the highest number of subscribed users, the course with the lowest percentage of completion, and the course with the highest percentage of completion (respectively).

– Courses with Waiting Users Graph. In this graph, you can see which courses have waiting users, and how many users are waiting. If you click on the title of the course, you will be redirected to that course’s main Waiting List page, where you can approve or reject the waiting users.
